Once you have discussed your ideal trip with us, our consultants will design and send you an initial itinerary proposal tailored for you.
Our Proposals can be reworked according to your plans, preferences and budget. Feel free to tell us if you would like to change or add anything. This includes hotels, travel dates, optional tours and excursions. We will continue to customize your itinerary until we come up with your perfect trip.
Once you’re happy with a specific proposal and would like to book your trip with us, we will require a 20% deposit* to begin confirming key services such as hotel reservations, tours and excursions, ground transportation. You can make payments securely online on your private client portal. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal or check.
*In some cases additional deposits may be required by local tour operators.
Once we confirm all the services*, we will be sending your confirmation documents that include your confirmed itinerary and invoice. We will also be providing pre-departure materials that will help you prepare for your trip. *If some services are not available, such as specific hotels proposed, we may book alternate properties. We can usually book hotels that are similar in category, price and location.
Once your trip is fully confirmed we issue your domestic airline tickets.
We require full payment for your trip 60 days prior to the start date of your trip*. Once full payment is received we will send your Final Itinerary with local contact details, airline record locators and any other required documents.
*For bookings made within 60 days of trip start date full payment will be due upon confirmation.
Our local partner will be ready and at your service to help around the clock. They will be your first contact in country. Local telephone numbers (including 24-hour emergency numbers) will be included on your final itinerary.
Lost World Adventures will be also available 24/7 for you. We are here for anything you may need during your stay. Our 24-hour emergency telephone number will be included on your final itinerary.
Be sure to let your bank know your travel itinerary so they don't put a freeze on your account when foreign transactions are made!
