We offer “farm-to-table” dining at St. George’s Caye—most of the produce and meats we serve are grown in our chef’s village on the mainland and brought out by boat several times a week (except for the coconuts which grow right on the island!).
We eat together “family-style” and our guests get to know each other while sharing meals and stories on the covered outdoor dining porch overlooking the ocean. And on most Saturday evenings, in true Belizean style, we have a BBQ and bonfire on the beach.

Each room features a comfortable King size bed, Belizean hardwoods, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and covered porch with hammock. You choose where you want to be on the island -- oceanfront, over-the-water, or nestled in our gardens.
Overwater Cabanas
These six cabanas are situated on a half-moon dock with incredible sunset views. They feature work-of-art Belizean hardwood ceilings in the bedroom area to keep you cool and comfortable. Includes private bath, air conditioning, and ceiling/floor fans. Sleeps 2-3 people (can be furnished with one king or two beds).
Oceanfront Cabanas
Located on the east side of the island, each of our four oceanfront cabanas has its own private porch from which you can take in the panoramic views of the ocean from your personal hammock. Wake up to greet the sunrise, or sleep in and enjoy the tranquility of your island experience.
Tropical Garden Cabanas
Situated in our lush gardens, these cabanas let you enjoy a nice peek at the ocean from your private porch complete with individual hammock. Both cabanas feature a gorgeous thatch roof, private bath with hot and cold running water, air conditioning, and ceiling/floor fans.
Villa Suites
Relax in your comfortable private suite with king size bed, bright tropical accents, and gorgeous Belizean hardwood floors. The oceanfront Villa features three private rooms – the Captain’s Suite, Dolphin Suite, and Coral Suite – each adjoining a beautiful shared living space and large covered veranda with unsurpassed ocean views.
The Villa
Your own private oceanfront villa for up to 6 adults, with three spacious bedroom suites adjoining a large living room with picture windows and front veranda with sweeping ocean views.
