The opening of Hotel Fasano Salvador brings a new concept of luxury in hospitality in the state of Bahia, where discretion and sophistication are the driving force of customer service, maintaining the brand’s recognized standard of excellence.
The gastronomic experience of the Fasano Restaurant brings the legacy of Italian origin cuisine that bears the signature of the restaurateur Rogério Fasano. The menu is similar to that in São Paulo, located inside the Hotel Fasano São Paulo, with a variety of antipasti, pasta, meats, risottos and fish.
“The Fasano Restaurant of our Salvador hotel offers some flagship Italian cuisine: the Costoletta Allá Milanese, the Filetto di Manzoalla Rossini, the Veal Ossobuco with White Wine and Herbs and the Spaghetti Allá Carbonara. The cuisine has the Fasano DNA, dedicated to the Italian classics, and local Bahian dishes signed by Tereza Paim”, says Rogério Fasano.
Fasano Salvador’s rooftop has a privileged view of the All Saints’ Bay, one of the postcards of Salvador. The rooftop has a wooden deck, with a swimming pool lined with granite Azul Bahia. The Fitness Center is located on the rooftop and is equipped with the newest in cutting-edge fitness equipment.
The Spa is an attraction in itself with rituals that revitalize body and mind to ensure all-round well-being. With three massage rooms and a wet sauna, the Spa is signed by the massage therapist and holistic therapist Fabrícia Nogueira, who prepared an exclusive treatments menu for the Bahia experience.
