Its late 19th century classical style has been preserved, making it a historic monument and the only park of its kind in the country. Hotel Casa Real offers 16 beautiful rooms, fine dining, salons, and outstanding service, in a setting of absolute privacy and exclusivity. Alongside the hotel stands a Neo-Gothic chapel built in 1880 - like the mansion, it was designed by German architect Theodor Burchard.
Hotel Casa Real stands in the midst of a 40-hectare park, one of the largest and best-preserved in Central Chile. It was designed by the French landscape gardener Guillaume Renner as a setting for the summerhouse that was built by founder Domingo Fernández Concha.
The menu at Hotel Casa Real was specially designed to pair with Santa Rita’s wines, and to offer guests the very best dining experience. It was created by top chefs, who planned out every detail to ensure perfect harmony on the palate.
The different wine-paired menu options will allow you to experience different wine valleys and grape varieties, as well as the finest seasonal ingredients, including products harvested from the grounds of the estate itself.
Once the grand mansion had been completed, the architect was tasked with designing and building Santa Rita Chapel. The exterior is in the Gothic style, while the interior features Norman arches and vaulted domes in the Roman style.
Hotel Casa Real’s inner courtyard is a perfect spot for reading, relaxing, or just resting. Nestled behind the hotel, the rear of the courtyard lies under a pergola that during the summertime is covered with the leaves of ancient grape vines. As a backdrop, you can look out over the mountains that surround the Santa Rita Estate, in the world-famous Alto Maipo wine valley.

Hotel Casa Real offers 16 classic-style rooms, in two categories: Casa Real Room and Casa Real Suite. All of the elegantly decorated rooms provide a view over the park or the inner courtyard.
Casa Real Room
Elegantly furnished rooms measuring 30 to 50 m2, with modern bathrooms and windows looking onto the inner courtyard.
Casa Real Suite
Elegantly furnished rooms measuring a spacious 70 m2, with modern bathrooms and independent living rooms or galleries. Some have a view over the park, others look over the inner courtyard.
