The building is over 700 square meters and has 72 rooms and extensive areas dedicated to a leisure experience and for reading and contemplating. Temperate pool, sauna, Jacuzzis, souvenir shop, bar, salons, and of course an astonishing restaurant that offers great food prepared by the resident chef.
The lodge was designed by the architect Germán del Sol to create a space that doesn’t compete with its surroundings and where nature is always the focus. It is a warm, ecological refuge inspired by the historical Patagonian sheep sheering sheds that are slanted to the wind.
The kitchen at Remota offers the best local sea foods, meats from the area, and organic vegetables hand picked in our nearby gardens, (with alternatives for guests with special requirements) all accompanied by the best Chilean wines and a great variety of pastries and baked goods made in our own bakery.
The excursions at Remota Patagonia Lodge are as varied and surprising as Patagonia itself. A region that is a world biosphere reserve of natural and cultural beauty inside the Torres del Paine National Park as well as in-between mountains and glaciers, lagoons, rivers and forests, and livestock farms located on immense prairies.
Remota packages include Soft Program and Adventure Program. The Soft Program includes traditional excursions that require less physical effort. The Adventure Program includes adventure type excursions that require a greater physical effort.
Rooms are unique and extensive (33m2), all of them with a privileged view of the mountains, fjords, and glaciers. Designed and decorated with the intention of approaching and introducing guests to a Patagonian environment, utilizing noble materials, aromatic native wood and the best equipment and facilities to promote total rest and disconnection.

36 extensive rooms that are 33 m2 with King size beds (2.0 x 2.1 mts.) In each room you can include a separate bed for a child up to 12 years old.
