Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin - Liberia, Costa Rica

Experience volcanic activity like no other volcano in Costa Rica at Rincón de la Vieja. Natural hot springs, bubbling volcanic mud pits, steaming fumaroles, mini-geysers, and jungle waterfalls put on the most spectacular show of any volcano in the country.

Savor the flavors of authentic Costa Rican cuisine at Hacienda Guachipelin Restaurant. Delicious, fresh meals are lovingly prepared by our Costa Rican chefs following time-honored traditional recipes from our region of Guanacaste and Costa Rica.

Hacienda Guachipelin offers you farm-to-table homemade meals, producing on our ranch much of the food that we serve in our Hacienda Restaurant. What we don’t grow or raise ourselves, we source fresh from sustainable local vendors. We offer both an a la carte menu and buffet menu with traditional Costa Rican cuisine and international dishes.

Each of the 64 down-to-earth ranch-style rooms feature beautiful handcrafted Guanacaste hardwood furniture and comfortable details that allow you to relax amid the sounds of nature.
