The Novoandina kitchen of Abraspungo uses local indigenous ingredients such as quinoa, corn, chochos, beans, among others, which are planted and harvested using ancient techniques. Local markets provide Abraspungo chefs with the proper inspiration to create special dishes, mixing culinary gourmet techniques with local flavors.
The rooms are distributed in separate wings of the hacienda each furnished and equipped to satisfy guests' needs. Each room enjoys direct access to the magnificent gardens.
