Constructed in 1790 Hacienda Pinsaquí was originally a colonial textile enterprise, employing over one thousand weavers and spinners. Many of Pinsaquí's fabrics were exported to the United States in the late 1800s where they first received international recognition.

Through the culinary style of Hacienda Pinsaqui, we want to project the identity and spirit of the hacienda. We offer a kitchen that suggests the rustic and traditional atmosphere of the inn and that at the same time follows the trends of modern cuisine in which we prefer organic, local and seasonal ingredients.
The hacienda has 30 well-appointed suites with fireplaces (some with Jacuzzi), restaurant featuring the finest Ecuadorian and international cuisine, Terrace snack bar with lovely views of the garden, room service, reading library, chapel, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking. Daily breakfast and dinner included.
Each room is unique and has a character all of its own. Within the rooms you will find sheepskin rugs, heavy blankets and pieces of traditional art. Most rooms have a view overlooking the lovely gardens behind the hacienda.
