Stroll through our 9 acres of gardens of natural beauty, with panoramic views of the magnificent Lake Atitlan and its surrounding volcanoes.

Rent the property exclusively for you and your party, or rent individual accommodation in a 3-bedroom villa or one of our 1-bedroom suites. Our facilities are ideal for retreats and events. Casa Prana does not have a public restaurant. They offer a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They strive to serve only fresh ingredients and advise guests to make their selection prior to their arrival so the chef can prepare in advance.

Privately located in the Mayan Western highlands on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, Casa Prana has no vehicle access. Boat transport, helicopter and walking are the only ways to reach to the property. Casa Prana is located ca. 2.5 hrs from Guatemala City by car or 30 min with helicopter.

The Luxury Suite at Casa Prana features one master bedroom a 35 sqm. en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, king size bed, walk-in closet, eco-chimney and magnificent views of the lake and the volcanoes.

Encounter an exclusive experience around the lake with your favourite adventure. The adventures are aimed at all types of people, anything from a relaxing experience to more extreme adventures.

Hiking Volcanoes
Experience a personalized hiking tour at one of the three Lake Atitlan volcanoes or any of the other mountains that surrounds the lake. For hiking the larges volcano San Pedro, daily departure is at 6:30 am from San Pedro La Laguna. Tour time: 4-7 hours.

Private Lake Tours
Visit and experience the Mayan culture by visiting the villages around the lake. We can arrange a variety of offers we recommend. Start by visiting the art galleries, coffee plantations, natural dyes textiles, and museums. Then visit the Tzutujil culture in Santiago Atitlan by visiting the colonial churches, Maximon and galleries. Stop by San Antonio Palopó and visit the traditional ceramic factories. Tour time: 3-6 hours

Local Market Tours
Chichicastenango is the biggest local market in Central America and offers a variety of experiences from the local culture. Visit the Mayans cemeteries, Mayan ceremonies, Pascual Abaj, woodwork masks factories and the market itself. Tour time: 5-7 hours

Antigua Golf
Enjoy the views of the valleys while you play golf surrounded by three volcanoes (Agua, Acatenango and Fuego Volcanoes). An 18-hole golf course designed by legendary architect Pete Dye, Fuego Maya is sure to challenge every golfer with its architecture and captivate with breath taking views of the Fuego Volcano and the Pacific Coastline. Tour time: 6-8 hours

Zip Lining
While you walk through the natural trails of The Natural Reserve Atitlan, enjoy the majestic views and wildlife by doing canopy along the tour. You can choose between the short Zip lining tours or go more extreme by doing the longer ones that goes from 90 mts to 860 mts. Tour time: 1-3 hours
