Carmelo Resort & Spa, A Hyatt Hotel, is strategically located on the banks of Rio de la Plata, through forests of pine and eucalyptus.

The Hotel offers three luxurious options for your stay, either overlooking the vineyard, the forest or the river.

Pura, the main restaurant, offers the very best of the country's local flavor for lunch and dinner. It's here that you'll find a variety international Mediterranean dishes and traditional Uruguayan barbeque. Pura's menu features local market foods prepared in a traditional South American way.

Chandra spa and fitness center offers amenities such as cardiovascular machines, dry sauna, massage, indoor heated pool, and water and beauty treatments. In addition, we strive to provide our guests with mental and spiritual wellbeing through yoga relaxation therapies, meditation sessions, and aromatherapy.

The 20 bungalows and 24 Bi-Level suites have all the services and amenities of a luxury resort and include private terraces ideal for relaxing and having breakfast or dinner outdoors.
