Start your trip in magnificent Rio de Janeiro. A full-day tour of Rio includes a tram to the top of Corcovado Mountain and the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer, followed by a cable-car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, a visit the Sambodromo (where Carnival takes place).
One day will be spent at leisure at the legendary beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema or on an optional day trip hiking and relaxing on the tropical island of Ilha Grande, or a day trip to the colonial town of Paraty.
Other optional tours and excursions include a Jeep tour of the Tijuca Forest, a visit to the botanical gardens, a Rio favela tour, hang gliding, shopping tours, a 'Rio by Night' samba dinner show.
From Rio you will transfer by private car to the resort beach town of Armação dos Búzios. Your days here will be spent at your leisure on one of the several intimate beaches; your nights at a Buzios beach resort.
Return to Rio and fly to Foz de Iguaçú, home to one of the most beautiful ecological reserves of the planet and where you find one of the most spectacular views of the world, the Iguaçú Falls.
You will explore the falls on both the Brazilian and Argentinean sides. Finish your trip in luxury while relaxing at a beach resort on Praia do Forte, a long sweeping beach and fishing village located about 50 miles north of the city of Salvador, the capital of Bahia.

Drive through several different districts of the city, arriving at Cosme Velho Station for a cog-wheel tram ride to the top of the Corcovado Mountain and its famous statue of Christ, the Redeemer.
After a tasty Brazilian barbeque lunch, you will then go through a tunnel that crosses the Corcovado Mountain to arrive in Rio de Janeiro's downtown, where the Sambodromo and the Cathedral are located. You will pass through the Lapa District, towards the Flamengo Park and Urca to climb the mountain by cable car.

Today you will set off for the pristine beaches of Buzios. Temperate waters, and beautiful beaches make this town a perfect destination for surfers, snorkelers, and relaxers alike.
You will be brought to one of Buzios boutique lodges for 3 days of relaxation and coastal fun in one of Brazil's most charming and sophisticated beach towns. Overnight Vila D'Este, daily breakfast included - 3 nights.

You will be met at your hotel and transferred to the airport in Rio for your flight to Foz do Iguaçu.
Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and set off to explore the Brazilian side of the falls on a half-day excursion.
You will walk along the footbridge-system with occasional platforms that offer magnificent views over the river and waterfall system. You will make your way to the foot of Floriano Falls - with its spray splashing on the surprised faces of the visitors.This tour gives you an all-encompassing perspective of the marvel that is Iguaçu Falls.
After a full day of travel and activity, you will make your way to the hotel for some much-needed rest and relaxation.
Overnight at the Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort & Convention (or similar), daily breakfast included - 2 nights.
This morning you will be picked up by your private guide and set off to explore the Argentine side of the falls. You will be taken by vehicle over the Tancredo Neves Bridge across the Iguazú River entering Argentina - a very nice ride through exuberant tropical flora. Passing the city of "Puerto Iguazú", after 9 miles the bus enters the tropical rain forest of the Iguazú National Park.
Near the falls, you can walk upon wooden foot-bridges to "Devil's Throat" where the main current falls down. The area is surrounded by deep jungle, with lots of tropical birds and a marvelous ambiance. Rainbows are formed by the reflections of the countless falls and the sparkling spray of their waters.
On the way back, a stop is made in the center of Puerto Iguazú town for shopping - typical Argentinian handicraft, leather works and Indian art will all be available. The trip concludes at the "three countries corner" - from where one can see the three landmarks of Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.
Today you will fly to Salvador and then make your way to Praia Do Forte, another one of Brazil's beautiful beaches. While Buzios is known for its luxurious charm and boutique feel, Praia Do Forte has a slightly more energetic vibe, represented by its vibrant nightlife and active beaches.
For 4 days you will have the option of exploring the many shops, restaurants, and bars, partaking in the beach activities or simply relaxing in the sun, taking in the paradise that surrounds you. Enjoy the comforts and amenities of one of the ocean front resorts in the area, for a truly unique experience.
Overnight at the all-inclusive Hotel Vila Gale Mares (or similar), all meals included - 4 nights.
