Andrew at this South America travel agency was quickly responsive to my emails and gave us many options from which to choose our itinerary, all of which were appealing and appropriate for our interests, budget, and activity level.
The descriptive literature was very informative and helpful in making our decisions. Once the trip was confirmed, the documentation was thorough and clear.
The local service was also top-notch. We were met promptly at each location by our local guide and driver, each of whom was friendly and professional...this is the first time we have used guides. It made such a difference! No stress, no logistical challenges -- worth every penny!
