You will depart with your guide from your Santiago hotel and tour the exclusive El Golf Neighborhood, home to the financial district and many modern buildings. A little further to the west you will find Providencia, an area with wide streets, lovely homes, and a “French feel” – a popular place to stay because it is walkable and features many shops and restaurants.
Continue downtown and proceed through the main avenue of the city, Alameda del Libertador General Bernardo O’Higgins, passing by the San Francisco Church, the oldest monument in the country.
You will visit and walk around Barrio Lastarria, known for its wide variety of cultural centers, museums, theaters, antique fairs, cafes, bookstores, and small specialty shops. From here, you will be taken to the neoclassical La Moneda Palace that is now the government palace, and take a walk along the “Plaza de la Constitución.”
Next, stroll around the Central Market, one of the main attractions in historical downtown, and considered one of the most interesting markets in the world.
A little further, cross the Mapocho River and head straight towards the Bellavista Neighborhood, the lively core of arts and nightlife, where pubs, cultural centers and international gastronomy can be found. From here, ascend the San Cristóbal Hill, a spur of the Andes marching into Santiago, where the famous Virgin Mary statue overlooks the city. Conclude this day with a panoramic view of the city and the majestic Andes in the background, before returning to your hotel.
Morning drive toward the Maipo Canyon up to Las Vertientes, a popular resort at the foothills of the Andes, with a view of the winding Maipo River. Continue to the Santa Rita winery located 40 kms. south of Santiago, in the Maipo Valley. The Maipo Valley is renowned as one of the finest viticultural areas in the world.

Morning departure to Los Glaciares National Park. The excursion begins in the pier located at “Bajo de las Sombras” bay , where you will embark to cross Brazo Rico, reaching the southwest shore after 20 minutes of navigation in which you will appreciate the southern wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
After disembarking, you will reach the shelter, where the guides organize the minitrekking groups. In this trekking over the glacier, you will appreciate lots of ice formations such as: cracks, drains, little lagoons, etc.
It is a moderate hike. The ice surface where you will walk is irregular, but firm and safe. At the end of the hike, you will go back to the shelter walking through the exuberant Magellan forest. Arrival and embark to cross the lake. Once you arrive at the pier, you will travel for 6 km to reach the catwalks, in front of the Perito Moreno glacier, from thre you will have different and amazing views of the glacier.
Hotel pickup and transfer to the port in Puerto Bandera where you will board a comfortable modern catamaran for a cruise on Lago Argentino. The navigation first stops in front of the Upsala Glacier to have wonderful views and then enters the Channel leading to Estancia Cristina, surrounded by towering ice -capped mountains and glowing blue ice-bergs floating in the lake.
At the Estancia, you will visit the main house, the chapel and the museum. Discover the lifestyle of the first settlers of the Estancia, and their relation with legendary explorers of the last century.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguazú, home to one of the most intricate and beautiful waterfall systems in the world. Upon arrival you will be met and escorted to The Melia Iguazu Hotel.

Today you will visit El Ombú de Areco, a historic estancia located in San Antonio de Areco, outside of Buenos Aires.
A magnificent construction built by Lieutenant General Pablo Riccheri in 1880, the estancia features ample windows and antique furniture all framed in the beauty and tranquility of the Argentinean country. The comfortable and welcoming dining room will be the perfect setting for an excellent Argentinean asado (barbecue), prepared with the world-famous local cuts.
Enjoy the day as you like by horseback riding on one of the 38 horses, walking or partaking in the different activities related to cattle ranching. The estancia also features swimming pool with solarium, ping-pong, billiard, football and volleyball.
