Then transfer to the southern Pacific coast where you will spend three nights relaxing at Morgan's Rock on the Pacific coast.

You will be met at the Managua Int'l Airport upon arrival* and transferred to your hotel.

You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Granada.
Granada City Tour
You will go for a traditional horseback carriage, pulled by two horses and conducted by a local driver.
The tour will start going to La Casa de los Tres Mundos: art gallery, and a cultural academy, the convent of San Francisco Church, built in 1529 and decorated with elegant paintings, and pre-Columbian statues from Zapatera Island, we will visit Iglesia la Merced we hike to the tower from where you can get great views of the city.
You will go to the Old Train Station that has just been restored and it’s located in front of Sandino Park, and the last place we’ll visit is La Polvora, old fort where the Spanish stores the dynamite and weapons in the 17th and 18th century to face the attacks of English and French pirates.
After the tour you will transfer to your overnight accommodations. Overnight Granada hotel, daily breakfast included.
Days at leisure. Optional (not included) activities can be arranged such as a boat ride or kayak tour on Lake Nicaragua, Mombacho Volcano Cloudforest Reserve hike and canopy zipline, Ometepe Island day trip, Masaya Volcano National Park & White Villages, bike tour, cooking class, yoga.
After breakfast you will transfer by boat back to the Granada dock where your private driver and guide will be waiting to drive you to Mombacho.
Mombacho Volcano is a 1400 meters high volcano. It's been extinct for many years and it is totally covered with vegetation. This has created a rich ecosystem with 50 species of mammals, 174 species of birds, 30 of reptiles and 750 species of flora. A powerful truck will drive all the way to the top of the extinct volcano.
You will go through coffee plantations to the cloud forest, which offers exceptional sites to discover flora and fauna. Once at the volcano top you will hike around one of the three craters, along the “Crater” trail (around 1h30m hike).
On the way there are several lookouts that boast stunning views to the crater and its lush vegetation, the city of Granada, Masaya smoking volcano, Lake Nicaragua and the Islands (views available if weather permits it!). Howler monkeys can frequently be observed or heard.
From Mombacho you will transfer to the Morgan's Rock on the Pacific coast.
Morgan's Rock Ecolodge is a 15-bungalow hideaway on a mile-long picturesque sandy beach all within a 4,000-acre jungle property, located two hours by car from Managua, near the village of San Juan del Sur.
Nearly half of the vast property is a government-designated reserve. The rest is low-impact agricultural land (a farm called El Aguacate) and sustainable tropical forestland. The forested land and reserve hosts a variety of exotic animals like spider, howler and capuchin monkeys, deer, reptiles, and many native and migrant birds, sloths, agouti, reptiles, sea turtles.
Facilities and amenities include La Bastide Restaurant, Commodore Bar, Beach Bar, 4,300 sq. ft. yoga platform.
