  • πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ Mexico - La Laja, Honey Process
  • This honey processed coffee is a blend from two farms: Finca La Laja and Finca El Mirador. After depulping, the coffee is dried slowly on covered raised beds for 20 days. This coffee is supremely sweet with a mild orange citric acidity, chocolate and sugar cane flavor profile, and a big creamy body. It is very clean and consistent.

  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ή Ethiopia – Sidamo Fair Trade Organic Decaf, Washed Process
  • Swiss Water Process Organic. Flowery with tones of fruit. Hard to tell it’s decaf!
  • from $15.00 | Learn More!

Natural processed beans tend to have fruity tones with complex notes of blueberry, a bright acidity and deep chocolate undertones. Natural processing is the traditional way of processing the beans but it can be inconsistent and requires constant attention during the drying process. It also requires less water and is thus more sustainable.

Washed beans boast jasmine or lemongrass characteristics with a lighter and drier body. Washing is the most common process, and involves removing the outer skin and pulp before drying. The quality of washed beans is more consistent and lower quality beans can easily be removed during the washed process.

Unless otherwise stated, coffee is light to medium roast. If you prefer dark roast, please let me know.

All coffee is roasted to order and ready within 24 hours.

All coffee sold as whole beans.
