On behalf on all the Ackermans, I wanted to say thank you so much for putting together such an incredible trip for us. We were completely blown away, everything we did exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful and fascinating. We had amazing service, incredible guides, seamless transfers - everything was just great. It was a perfect trip for us. We also had a great bottle of wine at Black Rock!

All transfers and guides were excellent. It was a busy trip which I had expected, but with enough down time. The hike to the top of Machu Picchu mountain was so difficult but so rewarding. The kids loved it! I saw the magic of the macaw clay licks in the Amazon too.

Lost World Adventures did an exceptional job planning our Peru trip. All of our needs were met. Wonderful accommodations and all the guides and transfers were friendly, informational and prompt. We definitely recommend Lost World Adventures if you are looking for a professional, attentive travel company.

The trip was amazing and well worth every step of planning. Abderrahim Elbouhi, our driver, was incredible and interacted very well with the children. We would definitely recommend him again to anyone, and would recommend Lost World to anyone wanting an experience they cannot get on their own. Thanks for pulling this together for us. I stopped in to Lost World with my mom the day before Thanksgiving to thank Andrew in person for what your company does and to let him know that my mom and I had the best trip that we have ever had in our lives in Costa Rica. There was not one single thing that we would change. My mom loves Tabacon especially, and the hanging bridges tour was her favorite. We both zip lined at Punta Islita and did so many activities that we barely had more than a couple of hours on the perfect, glorious beach and in the wonderful pools. The food and the people, everywhere, not to mention the wildlife, were more than I could even imagine. The spa at Tabacon and the hot springs were perfect for relaxing in after our exercise in nature. We can't say enough about Marco at Punta Islita, Raul with Mistico, Andres who guided us the 2nd day, Gerardo who drove us and introduced us to so much of the country, Johnny at Tabacon and every staff member there. There are too many people to thank. It was perfection, and we can't wait to go back. And most of all, thanks to YOU for making a memory in our lives that we will never, ever forget and allowing us to spend time together that made our relationships even closer and motivated us to see and do even more and keep Costa Rica in our hearts. We are telling everyone about Lost World and Costa Rica now- we can't stop. Chile with Lost World in 2019 is already on the calendar, too!!!! Pura Vida! Thank you for everything!!!!

My wife, daughter and I arrived home yesterday after a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica. We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our private tour with Daren. Daren’s love for what he does comes across very clearly. He made our visit to Costa Rica unforgettable. He is an excellent representative of Lost World. We would not hesitate to give him the highest possible recommendation. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, we could tell we were in good hands. Over the next six days, we went on several great hikes in Arenal and Monteverde, visited interesting farms and went zip lining in the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Daren’s ability to spot hard to find wildlife was truly amazing. We saw spider monkeys, howler monkeys, two toed sloths, three toed sloths, tarantulas, poison dart frogs, pit vipers, leaf cutter ants, toucans, macaws and the Resplendent Quetzel, in addition to countless other varieties of beautiful birds. Daren’s deep knowledge about the plants and animals of Costa Rica made every hike a fascinating adventure. While being professional in every way, he was also extremely warm and friendly, kindly sharing stories with us about growing up in Costa Rica.

We just wanted to let you know we had a fabulous experience in Rio Serrano and on the Ventus Australis Cruise and would highly recommend both of these to anyone who asks. All of our flights were on time, and connections went smoothly - I think the "travel angels" were on our team this holiday!
