Our infrastructure has one river cruise vessel that can accomodate 26 passengers, 4 river skiffs and an embarkation port which will be ready to opérate by the end of July 2018. Additionally, our bilingual staff has ample experience –both locally and internationally- in cruise services and they are highly capable of providing the best customer service to our passengers from all around the world.
Our cruise ship complies with international construction standards and quality of services. The vessel has four decks in which you can find the suites, a dining room, an entertainment área and an open-air observation deck, ideal for those passengers who want to enjoy the sun and a panoramic view of the natural environment. The vessel can accomodate 32 passengers in spacious and luxurious suites, all of which contain wood finishes and panoramic views of the Amazon river and forest. The suites are classified in two categories: Presidential Suite (1) and Master Suites (12).
The embarkation port includes a spacious reception area and waiting room where our passengers can enjoy a drink prior to boarding. The embarkation port features a bar, lounge, observation deck, parking lot, our offices and other services.
The recommended flight from Lima to Iquitos is LATAM 2240, arriving in Iquitos at 12:20.
We will pick up the passengers from the airport and do a short tour of the city, Iquitos, after which we will then transfer the guests to the port of embarkation at ‘Club de Caza y Pesca’ located in Bellavista, Nanay. The hour of estimated arrival is 13:20. Our skiff will then take you to our cruise boat, R & F Amazonas.
Once all passengers are on board our Cruise we will immediately go up to the third deck. Our guide will explain the procedures for embarking and disembarking, safety procedures (emergency & evacuation), as well as general rules and activity programs.
14:30 Lunch is served in the main dining room.
At 16:30 we will visit the ‘Kukama’ Native Community where we will learn about their culture and customs. You will have the pleasure to interact with this community: listening to their stories and watching their dance ceremonies. Also, you have the opportunity to buy some artisanal crafts made by the community.
At 18:00 we return to the cruise. Passengers can rest in their rooms or enjoy our facilities and services aboard the boat.

09:30 We arrive to Monkey Island. We will hike in the Amazon forest to see different species of insects, birds, arachnids, trees, etc. On the island, we will have the opportunity to learn about different species such as: spider monkeys, squirrel monkeys, ‘mono choro’, coati, etc. We will also see sloth bears, toucans, and boa constrictors…among many others!

14:00 Enjoy lunch while sailing north through the Amazon River.
15:00 Arrive to the Native Community ‘Yagua’. In our riff we will explore the surroundings of the Amazon river to find grey and pink dolphins, reptiles, and amphibians. Afterwards, we will take a short break to watch artisanal fishing and see the mythical river piranhas.
18:00 Return to the cruise. Passengers can rest in their rooms or enjoy our facilities and services aboard the boat.
20:00 Dinner will be served in the main dining room.

09.30 Visit the Native Community ‘Yagua’. We will walk until we arrive at our ‘maloca’ (Amazon hut) to meet the Chief of the tribe and the villagers. They will greet us with their traditional clothing and present to us a brief ceremony. Afterwards, they will teach us ‘servatana’, a technique used for hunting and self-defence.
11:00 Visit ‘Fundo Guerra’. Here we will learn the use of the sugar mill, which is used to grind the sugar cane and prepare traditional drinks such as spirits and molasses.
12:00 Return to cruise.

15:30 Leisure time. Passengers can rest in their rooms or enjoy the facilities and services on board the boat. We recommend some alternatives such as hiking in natures surroundings, taking pictures on our cruise, or simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery on the fourth deck.

17.30 The cruise is docked in the Nanay River in Santo Tomas.

Presidential Suite
Presidential Suite is 48 sq.m. room located on the second floor, located in the upper deck, this suite has a classic design inspired by the first vessels that explored the Amazon.
It has a semicircular shape and inclined floor. Passengers can enjoy a king size bed. high quality sheets, pillows and robes (100% Peruvian pima cotton), bed skirt with Amazonian designs, two night stands, a coffee table, a sofá, two floor lamps, chairs, a double-functioning table (bar or desk), a frigobar, a coffee maker, a glass washer, a safe, an ample closet, his and her sinks, a private bathroom with Spanish shower, toiletries (100% organic soap, shampoo and creams), curtains, intercom system and two A/C units. Master Suite
33 sq.m. room located in the main and upper deck, these suites have a classic design and inclined floor.
Passengers can enjoy a queen size bed. high quality sheets, pillows and robes (100% Peruvian pima cotton), bed skirt with Amazonian designs, two night stands, a coffee table and two chairs, a desk and a chair, a safe, an ample closet, a private bathroom with Spanish shower, toiletries (100% organic soap, shampoo and creams), curtains, intercom system and two A/C units. The Standard Suites have panoramic windows (90 degrees) to enjoy the view of the river and have a capacity for two people per suite.
