Day 1: Lima
Upon arrival in Lima, you’ll spend the night at the Costa Del Sol Wyndham Airport Hotel, conveniently located adjacent to the airport. This modern hotel features 130 rooms, restaurant, bar, business center, wireless internet, spa, and beauty salon. Breakfast included.
Day 2: Lima – Cusco – Urubamba Valley
Take a short walk on your own to the airport terminal to check in for your flight to Cusco.
On arrival in Cusco, you will be met at the airport and transferred to Explora Valle Sagrado.
Explora Valle Sagrado is located near the town of Urubamba in the Sacred Valley, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from Cusco. The lodge is situated at 2,800 meters (9,180 feet) above sea level. All-inclusive programs (minimum 3 nights) include accommodations, all meals and bar, daily explorations, transfers from/to Cusco (airport or hotel), Ollantaytambo train station transfers. Room categories include 6 Suites (570 sq. ft.) and 44 Standard (430 sq. ft.). Common areas include dining room, bar and living room, library/reception area, shop, exploration room. The Spa area includes outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, massage room, steam rooms and saunas, all set within a preserved colonial building.

Days 3 – 5: Sacred Valley
Days to explore the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
Day 6: Urubamba – Cusco
After checking out you will be transferred to Cusco. Overnight at the Belmond Monasterio or Palacio Nazarenas. Daily breakfast included.
Cusco & nearby ruins tour
This afternoon you will be picked up by your private guide and set off on a half day tour of Cusco and the nearby Inca ruins. Cusco, the oldest continuously inhabited city on the continent, was the capital of the Inca Empire and is considered by many Quechua peoples to be the spiritual center of the world. Much of colonial Cusco was built on Inca foundations, and your guide will point out Inca stonework along the many streets. Visit the main square, the Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church, as well as a first introduction to Inca stonework at the ruins of Puka-Pukara, Qenqo, Tambo Machay, and the renowned fortress of Sacsayhuaman overlooking Cusco and the surrounding valley.
Day 7: Cusco
A full day to explore Cusco on your own or on one of our optional guided excursions.
Day 8: Cusco – Lima – Int’l departure
The morning is yours to explore Cuzco at your leisure. In the afternoon you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Lima.
