Valle del Colca, Peru

Colca Lodge Spa & Hot Springs – Valle del Colca, Peru

The Colca Lodge Spa & Hot Springs is located on the banks of the River Colca, 2½ hours from Arequipa, Peru at an altitude of 3250 meters above sea level.

It is surrounded by hundreds of pre-Inca agricultural terraces, which have been declared a Peruvian cultural heritage, and is blessed with relaxing hot spring waters rich in lithium.

Its design inspired by the old pre-Inca structures, Colca Lodge employs earth, stone and straw in its construction to create a magical environment where the rooms are connected with the gardens which, in turn, shade into the adjacent crop-fields without the use of dividing structures such as walls or hedges.
