The building was designed by the specialist architect Mariano Sepúlveda (in 1985 he received the Knight’s Cross of the Royal Order of Isabel the Catholic for his work in our country with the Spanish colonial style) and decorated with pleasure with objects belonging to historic families of the North of Argentina.

The restaurant of El Manantial del Silencio is directed by Chef Sergio Latorre. Latorre is a specialist in Andean cuisine and is known for finding the perfect balance between input and preparation.
