Your transfer guide will be in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name clearly on it. In most airports the arrivals hall is the room just after exiting baggage claim (or Customs & Immigration at international airports).

Although not mandatory, tipping is highly appreciated in all cases. Our general advice to travelers is to tip what you feel is appropriate and based on performance – using the guidelines below – and do not worry about offending anyone.

A rule of thumb - if you cannot carry all of your luggage by yourself with ease, then you have probably packed too much. It is best to fit everything into a single piece of checked luggage and a carry-on.
