Chalalan Ecolodge Activities

Chalalán has more than 30 km of environmental interpretation trails that allow visitors to have the unique experience of living in the Amazon rainforest and discover the most biodiverse site on the planet by the most qualified indigenous guides in the region, who interpret the Nature in both English and Spanish.

Short and long tours are made according to the interests and physical condition of the visitors, with a personalized attention. Another exclusive activity of Chalalán is the canoe trip on Lake Chalalán, in which it is possible to swim by day safely. We have hoists (circular lifeguards) for those who wish to use them, as well as for safety reasons.

Students always have their local guide in the activities. The guides organize itineraries to ensure that each visitor has an integral, enriching, pleasant and safe experience, learn about biodiversity and learn about the Uchupiamona indigenous culture. The walks have a duration of 3 hours on average, although there are short and very long options. We also have an elevated viewpoint from which you can appreciate the impressive scenery of Madidi National Park.
