At Siete Fuegos restaurant internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann creates inspired regional dishes, showcasing Argentina’s famous beef. Siete Fuegos, or “seven fires,” describes Francis Mallmann’s honed collection of open-flame cooking techniques, inspired by Argentine gauchos and European migrations, and refined through hundreds of years of history.
Savor the rustic, fiery flavors of specialties like 9-hour slow-grilled rib eye, cast-iron baked salt-encrusted salmon, grilled seasonal fruits, and more, paired with award-winning boutique wines.
Special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, kosher) are offered fabulous options (reserve in advance). Dine indoors or out, or enjoy a front row seat in the open kitchen where you can watch the artisans of fire create impassioned Argentine fare.
At The Bar and Cava (wine cellar) there is an extensive wine menu with hundreds of the best Argentine labels. The Sommelier will draw on their deep knowledge of wines from around the world to guide you.
The Sommelier has also created a menu of rotating wines by-the-glass to showcase local winemakers and offer guests intriguing tasting opportunities.
To top it off, we feature a selection of wines crafted by our vineyard owners, which just might inspire the hidden winemaker within you.
The Bar offers hand-crafted cocktails, artisanal beer, seasonal blended juices and a cocktail menu that evolves throughout the year.
Resort facilities and activities include swimming pool with pool bar, ‘Blend Your Own Wine’ at the Winery, horseback riding guided by authentic Argentine gauchos, local-guided fly fishing, working in the vineyard, 5K trail, fitness center and spa.
Villas are a special part of the experience at The Vines Resort and Spa. There are 22 villas in total, including 6 one-bedroom units, 8 one-bedroom deluxe villas, and 8 two-bedroom deluxe villas. Ranging from 1000 – 2700 square feet, these spacious living spaces are luxurious spots to watch the sun rise and set, and take in the majesty of the Uco Valley.
All villas are air-conditioned and equipped with HD satellite wide-screen TV, wireless Internet access, minibar, refrigerator, and a large electronic safe.
Two-bedroom Deluxe Villas have more than 2700 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, including a deck with a gas fireplace, plush lounge chairs, and an outdoor tub for gazing at the vines and Andes.
One-bedroom Deluxe Villas have over 1,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with private deck with tub, shower or plunge pool, spa-inspired bathrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, rooftop terrace (in select units).
One-bedroom Villas have 1,002 square feet of space with luxurious bedroom, outdoor deck with plush lounge chairs, fully-outfitted kitchenettes, spa-inspired bathrooms.

On the second row, One Bedroom Villas include a large deck with plush lounge chairs, sounds of our trickling stream, and sweeping views of the Andes rising above 1,500 acres of lush vineyards. These units include kitchenettes and a cozy living room, in addition to the luxurious bedroom and spa-inspired bathroom.
One Bedroom Deluxe Villa
The one bedroom deluxe villas offers more than 1900 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. Some units also feature a private deck with outdoor tub, shower or plunge pool/hot tub. Certain second row villas offer a rooftop terrace for sunbathing and stargazing. Bathrooms are spa-inspired and living rooms feature a romantic fireplace.
